GRAND YAN HOTEL opened in the summer of 2024 — a modern design hotel right in the centre, three minutes from the embankment, with Tsemess Bay views from the upper-floor rooms.
A city hotel,
not a seaside resort base
Grand Yan isn't a "hotel by the sea that takes half an hour across town to reach." It's a hotel right in the centre of Novorossiysk, at 25 Gubernskogo Street. Admiral Serebryakov Embankment is a three-minute walk (~200 m), the business district and port are close by, and the Abrau-Durso wineries are seventeen kilometres away.
We opened in 2024 with a clear idea: give guests quality service without the resort fuss and without paying extra for "five stars you don't need." Design rooms, large windows, soundproofing, proper coffee and a calm atmosphere — the things that genuinely matter on a trip.

City centre. A 3-minute walk to the embankment, 5 to the sea. Gelendzhik airport is within an hour, Abrau-Durso 17 km away.
Views
Large windows. Tsemess Bay and ships at anchor from the windows. Sunsets worth choosing a room with a view for.

Reception 24/7, early check-in when possible, late check-out on request or as part of a package, transfers, a spa at the MaBelle Ville salon, and the Villebar lobby bar with local wines.
