This Policy sets out how the personal data of users of the grandyan-hotel.ru website is processed and protected. By using the site and submitting data through the booking form, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we process
- contact details: first name, last name, phone number, email address;
- booking details: check-in and check-out dates, room category, number of guests, special requests;
- technical data: IP address, cookies, browser and device information, referral source and on-site activity (via a web-analytics service, in anonymised form);
- other data you voluntarily provide when contacting the hotel.
We do not request or process special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes of processing
- receiving, confirming and managing bookings, and providing hotel services;
- communicating with the guest about the booking, check-in, check-out and service;
- preparing documents and processing payments;
- improving the website and analysing traffic in anonymised form.
4. Legal grounds for processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data", the consent of the data subject, and for the purposes of concluding and performing the hotel-services contract to which the data subject is a party.
5. Transfer to third parties
To accept online bookings, the site uses the TravelLine booking module (travelline.ru), which processes personal data on the operator's behalf. Payments are processed by the acquiring bank and payment systems. Personal data is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be disclosed to authorised state bodies in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Cookies and web analytics
The site uses cookies necessary for its correct operation, along with third-party services that process data on the operator's behalf: Yandex.Metrica (anonymised visit analytics, including click and scroll maps and the "Webvisor" session-recording of user actions on the site — without storing the contents of form fields) and CallTouch (call tracking — analysis of phone enquiries and dynamic number insertion), as well as the JivoSite online consultant (processing chat messages to communicate with the guest). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may then not work correctly.
To test and improve the interface, the site stores an anonymised identifier (gy_vid) in your browser — it contains no personal data and is used only for consistent display of page variants.
7. Retention periods
Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until the data subject withdraws consent, unless another retention period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation (including requirements for retaining records of payments and services rendered).
8. Rights of the data subject
You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to reception@grandyan-hotel.ru or to the operator's address given in Section 1.
9. Data protection
The operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and other unlawful actions.
10. Changes to the policy
The operator may make changes to this Policy. The current version is always published on this page at /en-us/privacy.html. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
